Was bought in o2 shop but I beleive it will work on all networks but you would need to check this if you are not o2
Fully working- never had a problem with it
Screen is in excellent condition as it always had a screen protector on it
Scratches and crack on the back (at the bottom) but this is totally normal with all these models and does not affect the phone at all
