The case is the case shown in the second picture. Phone will come with USB lead, charger, the case and screen protectors only im afraid, have lost all other contents. A few scratches on the screen and on the back of the phone, but scratches on the back of the phone will not be visible once the case has been put on. Phone in PERFECT working order.
